ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust
ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust is Thailand’s first real estate private equity that utilises Thailand’s Trust structure under the Trust for Transactions in Capital Market Act B.E. 2550 (2007). The Trust invests exclusively in last-mile residential projects in Bangkok offering investors limited time exposure directly at the project level–bypassing early stage development risks and other risks faced by real estate developers.
The Trust structure offers investors an added layer of protection and transparency. The Trust is registered under the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is overseen by an independent trustee, custodian and is self regulated by investors’ elected Investment Committee (IC).
ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust’s IC includes real estate veterans such as Kaveepan Eiamsakulrat, Executive Chairman of KE GROUP and Suphin Mechuchep, Former Chairperson of Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand (JLL).

ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust was established in November 2022 and is a three year close-ended fund. The Trust fully deployed its funds in May 2023.
