KEX Private Equity One Company Limited, the Manager of the ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust has been rebranded as Jade Partners. Jade Partners Company Limited, the new company, shall be the Parent company to all future Jade Partners group of companies which hold a variety of investment projects and operations.

The new corporate structure would allow Jade Partners an opportunity to independently grow and raise funds within Thailand and beyond. 

Jade Partners is founded and helmed by Adrian Lee, Tun Thunyatorn Nattatum and Ton Panon Leelamanit, real estate and finance veterans.

With respect to the ALLY branding, ALLY Global Management is a leading private real estate investor that has an asset portfolio around the world stretching over USD 1.3 billion worth of assets under management. Our first Private Equity Trust shall retain the ALLY KEX brand, showcasing our commitment to a legacy of expertise and success of the ALLY Group and ALLY Global Management.

Jade Partners and ALLY Group still maintain a strong relationship and continue to seek future growth and synergy opportunities together.

KEX Private Equity One Company Limited shall remain the Manager of ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust and shall have the same registered capital and registered address. All correspondents between inventors, relationship managers, and the Managers of the Trust shall remain unchanged under this new structure.
