Jade Commercial Private Equity Trust (JCPET) is Jade Partners’ second real estate private equity trust launching this August 2024. The Trust aims to invest mostly in Thailand-based commercial properties such as hotels, office towers, retail centres and self-storage businesses.
Coming out of COVID-19 crisis, Jade Partners has identified a number of assets that are not operating at its full potential due to a variety of factors. In the hospitality segment in particular, post-epidemic recovery has not been evenly distributed amongst players in the market. And this is where we ultimately use our expertise and experience to rejuvenate and bring these assets back to where they should be performing.
As we understand operating hospitality assets can be complicated and sensitive, Jade Partners has recruited a panel of hospitality veterans with experience in turning-around hospitality properties to work alongside us.
