We at Jade Partners, along with our affiliated entities, wish to acknowledge receipt of numerous letters and emails from purchasers regarding the Walden Thonglor 8 condominium project. We understand that these enquiries stem from correspondence distributed by the project’s developer, Habitat Group List Company Limited, dated 23 June 2025, and subsequent communications sent on or around 13 February 2026.
First and foremost, we sincerely empathise with the concerns, frustration, and uncertainty you may be experiencing regarding the status of the project. We deeply appreciate the gravity of this situation for all buyers.
In light of the recent communications you have received, we feel it is necessary to formally clarify Jade Partners’ legal relationship with this project to ensure you have accurate information.
Please be advised that Jade Partners and its affiliates are not the developer of the Walden Thonglor 8 project. Our participation is strictly limited to that of a financial partner and a passive shareholder, a position held exclusively through our investment vehicle, ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust.
Because we act solely in the capacity of a passive investor, we do not have involvement in the day-to-day operations, running, or management of the Walden Thonglor 8 project. Consequently, Jade Partners does not possess operational oversight, access to confidential project data (including customer, contractor, or consultant records), nor do we hold the legal authority or mandate to direct development tasks related to this property.
While our operational limitations prevent us from directly resolving individual purchaser enquiries, please be assured that we are not indifferent to the project’s current circumstances. We can confirm that there are active, ongoing negotiations between ourselves and the relevant project parties to evaluate and determine a viable path forward for the project’s future.
We share your desire for clarity and a constructive resolution. We kindly direct all enquiries regarding construction, timelines, and contractual obligations to the developer, Habitat Group List Company Limited, who at the present retains full administrative and operational authority over the project.
